My ex boyfriend refused to change his relationship status on a social network and it really bugged me because it made me feel like he was making sure he was open for another girl to see him being "single" then start talking to him. So actually, now adays, it is important because if omeone see's that your single, they're going to hit on you... and that could be an awkward conversation... so ... you catch mah drift? I'm too tired to explain it with english.
